2 12.5oz shredded chicken breast in a can
1/2 cup hot sauce (franks or whatever you like) 1/2 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup fat free ranch dressing 8oz fat free cream cheese add all ingredients into a crock pot and heat on high for about 1 hour, stirring every 10 min. or so.... serve on ritz crackers or tortilla chips double up the ingredients and it makes a hefty serving!

Sounds great ! Low Fat buffalo chicken dip !
I'm making something less healthy for my party: Strombolies with sausage and pepperoni and veggie strombolies with mushrooms, onions, spinach and peppers Also grilling hot wings...they are cooking nice and slow in the oven for a few hours first before I crank up the grill ! I love grilling in the snow ! Also making a hot crab and artichoke dip. Looks like I'll be doing cardio tomorrow !!!

it was very very yummy! I made it with all fat free stuff and ate it out of a bowl with a spoon...LOL!!!
