pert, go for the krank'd strong, it has krank'd in it, but a ton of other stuff, once scoop and i'm good to go for a workout

I just finished my bucket of Growtein, liked it, little bit gritty. But I drink or eat anything so it did not bother me. Just stopped in now and got the regular whey which mixes great with my oatmeal.

I also picked up krank'd strong...being honest I thought it was pricey, but it will last me forever so I felt better after(not sure of her name)older thin woman at front desk talked to me!! She said it was made especially for you, so that made me think, it has to be good !!!!

it's pricey bc of what's in it honestly, yes i was involved in making it and to be honest, you really don't need anything else except that and protein, so really it saves me a ton of money, i used to get glutamine, creatine, bcaa's and krank'd all separate(about $200 all added up), now it's all in one ($50), test it out too and see what works for you, i do a scoop pre/during workout with about a half gallon of water, doesn't taste great, but for long strongman type workouts, it really helps sustain energy, which is of course what we all want, let me know what works best for you, i'm going to be writing an article on it soon and also what other flavors you'd like to see, thanks

also the older lady's name is carol, she's great and will help you with anything you need.

You are def right abou the mixture, it has everything in it and makes it well worth the purchase.

That's awesome, glad you like it. Great that you mix it with the waxy too. We were tryingto mix that in there too, but waxy is very hard to include an still make it taste good:-)
